his house on Franklin is a disaster. I have no idea if he ever fixed the problems from the 1994 Northridge quake. as of 2000 he was still ignoring a lot of structure stuff that has to be fixed if he is ever gonna sell the place.
and he never cleans the cat litter box. my allergies would kick in within 5 minutes of walking inside.
