I really wish I was better at saying "no", and that I didn't feel guilty when I do. My neighbor just asked me to watch her son again tomorrow.

The last time I watched him, it went poorly. (Especially for $15 per 10 hr day)

She just asked me to watch him tomorrow. I didn't say "no, I can't" - instead I went on about how I didn't think it was such a good idea, it didn't go well last time, etc. why can't I just say that one word and be done with it.

And now that she knows I won't be doing it - I am happy I won't have him tomorrow, but I feel guilty for not doing it when technically I could. I need to get over that, but easier said than done.
