It looked okay. I don't think I've ever bought a canned good that had a date of less than a year on it (I bought those last holiday season.)

I'm sure I've posted this recipe before, but I'll post it again - it's so yummy. (I'm making it on the stovetop today rather than the crockpot, hopefully there's not too much of a difference in quality. I doubt there will be.)
