when the creature is unstoppable except for the sunshine and about to destroy the hero....the sun coming up at with next to no warning is pretty lame.

it wasn't like it was nearly dawn when the battle started, it wasn't even close...all of a sudden, it's 8am.

That's a pretty glaring "Oh, shit...we're in a corner...how do we get out of this?!" type moment.
