It was Lost... in the Russian outback. (spoilers)

I cam to realize that a number of plot elements were directly lifted from Lost, and I also realized I didn't mind.

The short of it was a group of reality contestants are abandoned in the wilderness with creepy things in the woods. There's surprisingly few casualties.

Something is stalking the contestants in the woods. When one gets injured, they try to have her air lifted from the camp only to realize that they've been abandoned. The producers' camp is discovered tossed, with blood but no bodies.

I liked that the cameramen (I assume there are 2) are a part of the story, although they're largely passive except for one bit late in the narrative.

The contestants split up and half the group goes searching for help. They find a research station where the researchers have been killed. They come to discover maybe they weren't in a reality show as much as human guinea pigs.

The rest of the group is eventually rescued by wilderness people who deliver them to the research station.

Some mercenaries show up in a truck and get distracted by something attacking the research station. The contestants escape in the truck to a nearby city to discover the city's been evacuated, with no power and no communication. "30 Days Later" style, they find an apartment that still has power and make themselves at home. But when the tenant shows up... da-da-dum! It's the host of the show! Fucking renters, right?
