Heisenberg is gone.

He died when he saw Flynn protecting his mom from him. I think at that moment Walt realized all he did was for nothing. And when he called Skylar later on he took on all the blame for everything to spare her so she could be with Flynn and Holly. He's still an evil bastard, but he's had the Heisenberg knocked out of him

I don't know what's happened to Skylar in the future, but I'm sure it's Marie who burned the house down and painted Heisenberg on the house.

I suspect Walt is back with the gun and ricin to save Jesse from the Nazis....
