I believe that the parties most likely to write Heisenberg on the house are the Aryans and Jesse. The former would do it to draw Walt out of hiding, particularly if they lose/"fire" Jesse/Todd. If Jesse escapes and burns down the Aryans in the process, he would be seeking revenge for the fact that Heisenberg just tried to get him killed then allowed him to be imprisoned for life.
I suspect Jesse kills Todd, the inferior disciple. From a storytelling perspective, that is important. The question is how many others he takes down with him. If it's nobody, they will want Walt to help them find Jesse. I suspect it's all the key ones, and Jesse and Walt have a showdown in the finale.
