Yeah, it's the ultimate gamble. Short-term, it's a loser; if this sinks in the next 18-24 months, he's a genius.

I'm impressed by the absolute willingness to risk everything by the GOP in this.
If the plan works, it's the 1930's all over again. Forget 60 seats, it's the Super-Majority on the table.
If not, 1994 is going to be looked back upon fondly in Democratic circles.
