-Baby Holly crying and saying "mama" was totally unplanned. The baby was tired and getting upset and started calling to her mom off screen.
-The chess game was scripted to show that the white king is going to be checkmated, but not for a few more moves.
-One of the firemen playing chess is a bass player for Santana who happened to be a fan and wanted to come hang on the set for a day.
-The fireman who discovers Holly in the truck is a friend of director Rian Johnson. He played Kid Blue in Looper.
-The flashback in the beginning was entirely a newly filmed sequence with no archival footage. It was the very last thing they filmed on BB ever. (They came back and filmed it later so that they could get Jesse's hair and Walt's beard right.)
-They had to get special permission from the DGA to put the opening credits that late in the episode. They pushed them back because they didn't want to distract from the intense action during the Hank death scene.
