The first 20 minutes were really kind of touch and go for me because Andy Sandburg needs to learn how to rein it in a bit. The fact that it didn't have an obnoxious laugh track helped a lot. I also thing there are a few too many characters. They need to go the Barney Miller/Taxi route and showcase maybe 4 and leave the rest in the background. It's only a 30 minute show, there's no way they can effectively utilize that many people.
