to jonathan's.
as I'm walking across his *pitch black* backyard, I decided to (very smartly) reaffix my housekey to my key ring. as I started putting it back on, I thought, "maybe I shouldn't do this in pitch black." the thought startled me. I dropped my key on the ground. tried to use my phone as a flashlight to no avail.
his older daughter was having a sleepover and she and her friends noticed the light in the yard and came out to help me. I offered a $20 reward. flashlights and phones were produced. we turned it into a party.
almost an hour later, we found it under some leaves.
"riveting story, bro." I know. shut up.
