I am out of shape.

Haven't run at all in months (since March, I think?), and "ran" a 5K this morning for the JROTC at my daughter's high school. I did ok the first mile, then at around the 2 mile mark, my stomach said "uh, you need to walk." I almost threw up the rest of the way, but I finished.

I need to get motivated again to get up in the mornings and go run. Ugh. (I'm almost back up to where I was before we did the ST Biggest Loser a few years back, weight-wise.)
