into an airline seat comfortably for a very long ride ... to AUSTRALIA - YAY - but not until 2015 - so I have plenty of time to get my butt in shape for scuba - long plane travel (my legs seriously get cramped on the plane due to space issues ... but my brother and SIL have mega airline miles and have agreed to donate for upgrades for me and my friend John that's going with me) ... so yeah - I'm back on "the plan" - diet and exercise ... being good ... which is just NO fun. :)
