Yeah ... I'm not really "following" biggest loser Meg - that is just the name of the friends contest - like when we do it on ST.

Everyone is putting in 25$ per month - 3 months - whoever has biggest percentage loss wins the pot.
So I am counting calories, doing low fat, low sugar, low starchy carbs, and incorporating exercise. It's lifestyle change ... which for me comes & goes with my motivations :)
