Meaning, is there a 25 point penalty for the opponent scoring 35+?

I wouldn't be happy with either. I think both Falcons WRs are hurt and their starting RB is out, and I think that offense does much better on turf, so I'd probably take Miami at home. That Falcons turf/grass thing could be a misconception.
