The seller has agreed to take care of everything in the addendum. I have back-up financing in place, if needed, from a "local, reputable" bank. I will be e-signing my mortgage application momentarily.

Still stressed (because there's still plenty of time for something to go wrong) but things are much better today than they were yesterday.

Thanksgiving will be very special this year.
