look for possible bleeding but he needs to not eat beforehand. But he continues to just go down to the cafe to buy food. "I am hungry, so I will eat"
NO DUDE!! YOU CAN'T EAT. Obviously you don't care to figure out if you are really bleeding.
Waste of resources. Going to kick him out tomorrow.
