That's the most amazing thing, after all that bluster, all that time spent talking about nonsense, he votes to lose the battle.

This wasn't even close to Rand Paul's sesssion with arguments for and against; it was a complete waste of time that he couldn't even stand by when the vote came.
Even for politicians, he's an empty suit.
