Even if this were not pointless hyperbole, it would still elevate Heroes, a terrible show, in undeserved fashion.

Heroes was a woefully bad series that fooled a bunch of diehard superhero fans the first season. If they watched now, they would appreciate their mistake.
AoS was an above average pilot that was nowhere near the heights people have come to expect from Whedon. And that is unsurprising since Angel and Firefly both took a few episodes (or most of a season in Angel's case) to get going.
