I try to avoid talking politics with my mother, but it doesn't always work. Yesterday, she mentions Obamacare....

My mother and father both grew up poor. She reminded me that they did not have health insurance growing up but they 'survived'.

She was less than pleased with me when I asked her, as a 65-year old on Medicare, why she was deserving of government funded medical care but others weren't.
