He can and did at A&M. He has a cannon but Wallace has been drawing

a lot of doubel coverage and the thing Tannehill was going to focus on this year was good choices. He can mkae the throw but needs a little more time to step up and let it fly.
About 1/3 of his sacks this season has been looking down the field and getting his ass jumped.
