Whenever I see these cams, I have to dissect the technology behind it.

It's a Coldfusion web page, which is already concerning. Looks like a run of the mill Flash webcam, though. Fair enough. Their support page is a joke.
Windows: Internet Explorer is recommended. (*snicker*)
Mac: Safari with Flip 4 Mac (free version) installed. (Nonsense. This suggests their webcam used to be a Windows Media stream, but it's clearly not any more.)
