the NFC East gets the NFC North -- 3 good teams, 1 bad team and the AFC West -- 1 super team, 2 decent teams and a surprisingly frisky Raiders team.

Realistically there, you could be looking 3 & 5 being a solid stretch in those 2 divisions. Add in the East will play a lot of ugly games....8 & 8 isn't a gimme for any team.
