I had nurses not execute orders because they weren't "comfortable".. if I tell you what happened last week ... hospitals are dangerous.

For some reason today the albumin was on the list of meds to give, so the nurse just followed orders. She shouldn't be faulted. And knowing when to give albumin and not to give it waaaay above their knowledgeable base.
The annoying part was her going and asking other members of the team when the senior already said no.
