Sure it was, I got it right off. She wanted a CYA order written because she gave it (for whatever reason). I think your misunderstanding is because

you've never worked in a hospital or clinic. There are protocols in place to prevent mistakes. The nurse giving the albumin made a mistake, but it wasn't her fault. Instead of writing up an incident report so the reason for the error could be investigated, she tried to get a doctor to back date an order so she wouldn't have to deal with an inquiry.
