I've gotten more kids on CHIPs than Carter's has pills, over the years.

The best part of it is, every child in the US for whatever reason is considered a presumptive eligible. The people at the hospital she was treated at are a bunch of dicks for not letting you know about it. Just bookmark www.cms.gov and read about it before you come for a visit next time.
