Real estate agent ethics question....

So, we have a realtor and we like her. She has worked with a few friends and everyone loves her. But we haven't signed anything (she actually chooses not to have you sign anything with her until you buy then she dates it retroactively. She says she doesn't want anyone feeling like they are 'stuck' with her and if it isn't working out for the client, they are free to go somewhere else with no qualms. Note: We do not want to go elsewhere.)
However. On the weekend we went to an open house at a condo just to check out the building. And we like the building. And the neighbourhood. And, they are surprisingly affordable (in Toronto-terms). The condo fees are higher than we thought we wanted to pay, but the lower mortgage makes it do-able.
At the open house, the agent for the seller was there. Also, at open houses here, you sign in (always). So, we start talking to that agent, and normally the first thing they ask, or it is on the sign-in sheet, is "do you have an agent?" But he didn't ask. So, he starts giving us a lot of really valuable information about the building(s) we are looking at. Turns out he lives there and really knows the ins and outs. So we talk for 5-10 minutes and leave.
As of yesterday he is sending me listings show all the units in the complex we like.
Now, is it wrong of me to not-unsubscribe to these listings but keep my own agent (i have signed with no-one)? I mean, legally, i can do whatever i want, but should i feel guilty?
(i did email my agent yesterday and tell her we liked these places, so i expect she will be changing the auto-search parameters for us and they SHOULD start coming in from her, but the other agent has this different list form that i like too.)
