It feels like it should be HIPAA. He's taking ADHD drugs. He had to change his presciption.

Fof full disclosure with the NFL, he volunteered to take drugs screenings, and be in the first part of the NFL's program for drug testing.
That should be private. If any regular company let that info out, it'd be a HIPAA violation, right?
