To be fair, it's likely getting crushed since it's the first day. Plenty of sites that usually handle a lot of visitors can have days where they get overwhelmed.
I'm not upset and I expected it.
Yes, they should have been prepared for this but I'm sure they'll get it right eventually. :-)
