well sure. that's the hardest area to work. DDP Yoga for you!

Core exercises with a bosu ball are a terrific way to get the stomach tight.

I struggle with it a lot myself, I've switched to doing cardio workouts (that's the class I take on Sunday). We focus a lot on core work with weights using bosu ball and other yoga influenced exercises and man...it's tough work but it really works out a person....
