she had to die? what did walt continue to have against her? I know early on Mike was going to do her in with walt's consent, on what turned out to be false reasoning (they thought she planted the tracking device just to weasel out of their risky business, that thought because it seemed so amatuerishly done, when it turned out that in fact one of the DEA guys did it on the spur of the moment)

it was her tips that lead to the huge score of 'meine from the train and later to the huge wholesale buyer in the check republic where he made most of that 80m.

so she was doing biz with todd and the nazi's...she wouild have been good info to exculpate skylar
