I'm just pointing it out.

you seem to want validation, not advice. as a female child of divorce with two former stepparents and two "significant others" in my parents' lives, as well as a person who has dated people with children for *longer* than 18 months, I have a ton of experience with this.

and I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear, because my interests here lie with the well-being of the children and not with your ego.
