The time to debate ACA was three years ago, when it was still a bill. It's law now, even after 40+ attempts to stop it and an unsuccessful challenge

to the Supreme Court. ACA is off the table, and if I were President, I'd tell Boehner and those idiot Tea Party-elected fucktards who don't understand jack shit about taxation to go fuck themselves.
