Somebody else yesterday mentioned the "leverage" that Republicans have here.
I asked them "What leverage?"
I struggle with what "morally justifiable" means in this context.
Is it a stupid idea by the R's? Yes.
Am I surprised they've gone this far? No.
Do I understand why they're doing it? Yes.
