Well, not for us. Here, the person who works on Sunday gets the following Monday off. (Or some other day of that week.)

And the person who works on Saturday gets the previous Friday off (or some other day that week), so we don't want the two weekend days together at the beginning either.
To be fair, the calendar I'm looking at the moment isn't library staff, but they're here and impacting our schedule.
