I would strongly recommend anyone but them.

I'd sure you can find nightmare stories about GeekSquad at Consumerist, and confessionals from GeekSquad members about the things they do. I think David had a horrible experience with them regarding a TV. They use some strange software the roots your computer and probably mirror your entire hard drive.
I'm sure you can find a mom & pop shop where you can get a college kid to fix it.
