I read somewhere that yes, if they are reimbursed, they are required to return any unemployment. -- nm

I'm sure but I doubt anyone has collected anything yet. KY has a 1 week waiting period and then you don't file your first claim until after the 2nd

I think she means when this drags on for a few weeks and everyine *does* start collecting. Think the answer is that they will pay it back at tax time. -- nm
