Yes, it does, but it's the Approval percentages got better. Disapproval went from 50 to 51, and 56 to 60, but Approval went from 41 to 45 & 34 to 35. -- nm

The margin of error is 3.5%, so changes smaller than that size would be treated as insignificant/basically staying the same -- nm

Obama's disapproval rating is up 1%, the Dems up 5%, the GOP up 7%. But approval for Dems and Obama is up, while for the GOP it is down. -- nm
