he at least tried at something that might have paid off. Spending it on "things" doesn't do anything but spend your fortune. Had the game hit we'd be praising his initiative and savvy. He gambled big and lost. He shouldn't have gambled but it's not like he bought a fleet of stretch lamborghinis and filled them with strippers.
