Not just that class - the 000s and the 400s use the same system, and the 200s are 220-289 Christianity, 290-299 all other religions

Obviously there are historic reasons for this, but views on other cultures and how they should be treated have changed a lot since the DDS was introduced.
As the system is now,it treats non-European cultures as an afterthought. There's no pressing "need" to change and maybe there never will be, but when you're lagging academic thought by 50 years, it's time to change.
