I thought he got bumped in live action but you can see that he isn't running hard to the spot.

He looked back too soon and it caused him to be too shallow. He wasn't at his spot. Manning still should have adjusted to hit him but he had poor footwork on the play, effectively throwing on one leg. He's playing scared because he's getting hit so often, which probably makes him appreciate what his dad went through in the NFL. But Myers was avoiding the safeties there, too. That's why I say that everyone on their offense is out of sorts. That play should work if Myers is at his spot, even with Manning's poor mechanics.
