Pretty much. They keep changing zoning laws to allow bigger buildings in more areas.

I'm just about surrounded by massive buildings now. When I moved here in 2005 there were four. Now there are around 15 with more being built every day.
Again, I know we need the apartments but they're not really affordable so they're not for the middle class or anyone lower.
