Holy crap! Otto might be the most psychotic person I've ever seen on television. The way he killed people was one thing but to bite off his own tongue the way he did was one of the craziest things I've ever seen anyone do on a show. It's not just the biting it off but also the reason that makes it nuts and quite shocking.
