WTF... There are no less patients on the weekend.

I need speech therapy to do a swallow eval on a patient so he can eat.. but they aren't here. So he either isn't going to eat until Monday or we need to throw in a very uncomfortable NG tube (through the nose). :/

Interventional radiology isn't here. Hey! My other patient still needs to get that permacath to start dialysis. So since they aren't here, the patient wouldn't get start, may deteriorate which will result in us placing a temporary vascath and doing dialysis through that.

I guess it must be nice to have weekends off...
