What amazes me is when the iPhone was first released and it took some people weeks to activate them with AT&T it was considered a huge success.

AT&T had underestimated the number of phones that would be purchased and at the time they had a monopoly on the service plans so people were just told to cool their jets and eventually they would get access to use their hugely popular phones.

So now we have "ObomaCare", a term I detest, going into effect. The program, which the teabaggers consider a work of Satan, an affront to humanity, and unconstitutional (even though the Supreme Court said it was) has turned out to be so wildly popular that the website has been inundated to the point that it times out or crashes a lot. Kind of like how AT&T did with the iPhone. Along with millions of users trying to get in all at the same time, there have also been rumours of DOS attacks orchestrated by "friends of the teaggers".

The really puzzling thing to me is how this is being spun to indicate a failure of the program rather than a massive success in the iPhone example.
