I didn't realize how old he was until I heard him on the Fatman on Batman podcast with Kevin Smith.

He still sounded awesome when he did it but you could hear the age in his Joker. He could only be an older joker and not one in his 30s.
He did such an awesome job and I remember when I first found out it was him doing the voices that I was floored. "Luke Skywalker is the Joker? Get the fuck out of here!" :-)
Sucks that he's about done but the new guy sounds like he'll do a great job.
