So here are a few historical tidbits about the 4 LDS teams Dodgers,Cardinals ,Red Sox ,Tigers and how close they are connected

Dodgers and Cards are 3rd and 4th in franchise history wins. Only 15 wins seperate them. They both have been to the WS 18 times. Cards are 11-7 and Dodgers are 6-12. Both have 22 penant wins. Boston and Detroit are 10th and 12 in wins. Both have been to the WS 11 times. Boston is 7-4 and Detroit is 4-7. Boston has 12 penants and Detroit has 11. Oh and if your wondering Giants and Cubs are 1 and 2 in franchise wins.
