The roof thing seems odd. Like other, I expected it to take a group of them to make it weak enough for them to fall through. If I were a writer/producer I would explain them not falling through earlier in a combination of reasons. The roof just got weak enough at that spot recently. It breaking weakened the rest of the roof. They didn't go there earlier because all of them seemed to be hanging out near the helicopter. That ties in to them (quite a bit) earlier being shown to seem to be walking the same direction like they are headed for something, until they get distracted. Though maybe those on the roof were walking towards the music Glenn set up, but just didn't (couldn't?) walk off the roof.
People actually being up there, and turning up there, seems logical to me. The part I don't get is there being no dead zombie bodies and no bodies of people who shot themselves in the head. Though said bodies could have been eaten by the zombies still up there.
The pig has me worried that it has started jumping to animals. But I'm currently sticking by my theory from last night that the kid who died was poisoned by someone loyal to the Governor. Or someone just wanting to cause chaos and/or kill people.
My biggest problem was Rick. He listened to the woman and left her to turn. I know they didn't have Romero zombie movies in that reality, but surely they had some kind of movies. And they had books. Surely he knows that letting her turn will result in her killing someone in his group. Someone attacks you with a gun/machete, you kill them. Then you make sure to destroy their brain. They beat you to it, you make sure and destroy their brain. And the brain of their sack head they've been carrying around.
