Wonder if it's possible in that format to film shows while filming the movies to make use of the sets and actors.

The actors signing on to Marvel films now have crazy complicated deals. Wouldn't think it would be much to essentially film a handful of 'webisodes'.
Remember that rumor that they were going to shoot several 'mini movies' to introduce characters like Dr. Strange and Black Panther? This could be that.
