as in, he's a white arrogant penny pinching jesus babbling biz owner and most of his employees are black and poor and poorly paid made to work their asses off or he'll fire you and probably does fire someone once a month just to keep their feet to the fire... and still won't get healthcare cause he don't have 50 of them so what does he care?
